
Thoroughly mix the Isola Bio Oat Cuisine Cream and the Isola Bio Oat 0% Sugars drink. Put the flour in a pan and dilute with a little of the liquid obtained, stirring with a whisk to prevent lumps from forming. Add the rest of the liquid a little at a time, stirring constantly. Add a pinch of salt, black pepper and a generous sprinkling of freshly grated nutmeg. Place over low heat and stir for about 10-15 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly to a soft and velvety béchamel.
