Almond yogurt with pears sauteed with thyme and vanilla

Peel the pears and cut them in half then place them in a hot pan together with the almonds. Sprinkle brown sugar, vanilla seeds and fresh thyme on the top and wet slightly with lemon juice Brown for a few minutes until the pears are golden but still firm. If necessary add a drop of water while cooking. Serve the pears with the almonds and the cooking sauce on a base of Bio Isola almond Yoghurt  and garnish with fresh thyme.
